With the announcement that the Amani War Bear, available from the timed event in Zul’Aman, was going to be retired, I, along with many others, started either grinding gold to buy a run or trying to find a group to run said event. However, over the weekend, Zarhym, a Blizzard poster on the forums, announced that after the pre-Wrath content patch, the prized epic mount will be retired and no longer be available. A notice to all: Get your bear mount now! A lot of people will be buying the bear mount through runs. Some say that it won’t mean as much if you buy it. The guilds on Akama-US were advertising 5000 gold for a bear run. Many people say you’d be better off buying your epic flying training than the bear mount. Whether or not you agree, one of the coolest mounts ever is being retired and many, including myself, are anxious to get their hands on it.
